BS Pulp and Paper and/or Chemical Engineering required
Manage Fiberlinemanufacturing area utilizing Operations Excellence criteria. Facilitate a safety culture that results in zero injuries and a compliance culture that results in zero reportable incidents. Work withFiberline department gatekeeper, asset availability leader and maintenance planners to ensure equipment reliability. Provide technical support for the planning and execution of maintenance work. Facilitate the development of the knowledge and skills of self and others to improve operational performance of the machine. Provide daily support and technical expertise to area operators and maintenance personnel.
5 or more yearsexperience in pulping and bleaching processes.
Knowledge - Skills - Abilities
- Excellent equipment and process troubleshooting and problem solving ability.
- Minimum computer skills to include a solid working knowledge of MS Word, Excel, Power Point and Project.
- Ability to work with others in a team environment.
- Leadership. Knowledge of woodyard, pulping,and bleaching process, fundamentals of equipment operation for effective interface with maintenance.
